Rates

May 1- September 30 

$300 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights

$1500 per week (6 nights)

based on accomodation for 6 people, $25 per extra person per night

September 30 on - please contact us for further information

Flexible rates for long term rentals after September 30

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.  The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.  A damage/cleaning deposit of $500 is required with the balance of payment.  If the house is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit with be refunded within two weeks.
